The Epilepsy Center of Northwest Ohio began with a small group of parents determined to create a better future for their children living with epilepsy.
Nearly 50 years later, our reach has expanded to serve not only people with epilepsy but also those with developmental disabilities, as epilepsy is more common in this community. Today, our services are available to people with epilepsy, developmental disabilities, or both—no one is required to have both conditions to receive support.
We are dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by epilepsy or developmental disabilities in our community. Our mission is to empower individuals to live their best lives, through understanding and inclusion.
