About the Role
As a Residential Program Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations of residential living locations and lead teams of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). You’ll ensure high-quality, person-centered care while supporting staff, coordinating services, and maintaining safe, enriching home environments for the individuals we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of assigned residential sites
- Provide leadership, coaching, and training to DSPs
- Ensure staff are trained on ISP/IP plans, policies, and procedures
- Monitor documentation including MARs, Brittco entries, and required reports
- Conduct weekly site visits and monthly QA reviews
- Provide direct care support as needed
- Assist with team meetings, assessments, and care coordination
- Manage scheduling, call-offs, shift coverage, and PTO approvals
- Ensure completion of emergency drills and safety compliance
- Oversee household budgets, groceries, and maintenance needs
- Communicate with supervisors, nursing staff, and administrative teams
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff development
- Ensure individuals are safe and free from abuse, neglect, and exploitation
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide backup support
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- 0–3 years of experience in developmental disabilities, caregiving, or human services
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record (fewer than 6 points)
- Ability to pass BCI/FBI background checks and required screenings
Preferred:
- Associate degree in Social Work, Human Services, Healthcare, or related field
- Supervisory or leadership experience

Schedule
- Full-time leadership role with flexible scheduling
- On-call weekend rotation
- Additional hours as needed for program support
- Direct care coverage as needed (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts; weekends)
Work Environment
Primarily field-based with regular site visits. Must be comfortable providing direct care when needed and supporting multiple residential locations.
